Hotel Cancellation Plus

For a secure feeling, we can offer you a deal on cancellation and/or early departure insurance.

If you are unable to start your Holiday due to illness, accident, or due to damages to your home or a life threatening emergency within your immediate family, this insurance will cover you.

This insurance also covers you for mountain rescue if needed also by Helicopter up to € 7500,-.

In connection with the European Travel insurance, we can offer you this service either online or the cost can be included at your initial payment for your reservation.

Travel insurance & Covid-19

Our partner the „Europäische Reiseversicherung – ERV“ is offering flexible solutions in context with Covid-19. They are changing their rules in the package “Hotelstorno Plus” all the time depending on the situation. Currently (as of 14.09.2020), the “ERV” also offers cancellation cover in the event of Covid-19 disease despite pandemic status! This means that cancellation cases in connection with Covid-19 are covered, although Covid-19 is still classified as an epidemic or pandemic. This also applies to any travel interruption costs.

Please note that these general conditions, especially about Covid-19, can change continuously! We therefore recommend that you find out about the currently valid conditions from our partner, the “Europäische Reiseversicherung ERV”, before taking out insurance:
