General Information

Prepayment:
At the point of reservation a prepayment of 40 % needs to be wired to the bank account within the next 10 days.

Resort Taxes

  • untill 31.10.2023
    Tax of € 3,50 per person per night will be added.
  • from 01.11.20023
    Tax of € 4,00 per person per night will be added.
  • Kinder
    2023: Children born 2008-2023 are exempted from tax .
    2024: Children born 2009-2024 are exempted from tax .

Cancellations:

  • Winter 23/24
    Up to 61 days before your arrival date – no cancellation fees.
    Up to 60 - 31 days before your arrival date 50 % of the total amount will be charged.
    Up to 30 days before your arrival date 70 % of the total amount will be charged.
    Starting from 6 days before your arrival date, delayed arrival or early depart 100 % of the total amount will be charged.
  • Summer 2023
    Up to 14 days before your arrival date – no cancellation fees.
    Starting from 13 days before your arrival date, delayed arrival or early depart 90 % of the total amount will be charged.
  • Apart from that the conditions are those detailed in the latest version of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGBH 2006 ).

Ötztal Inside Summer Card:
From 03. May till 03. October 2023 the Ötztal Inside Summer Card is included.

Short stay:
Short breaks bookings (less than 3 nights) are only possible last minute and they will incur a 10% charge per person per day in addition.

Holiday insurance:
If you wish to secure your holiday by completing an insurance, which will entitle you to a full refund of your payments, please click here to complete your insurance .

Payment methods:
We accept cash, debit cards, Visa and Mastercard. Please note that special offers are only valid against cash payment.

Final payment:
This can be done when you arrive or in advance via bank transfer.

Pets:
In summer you are welcome to bring your dog, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.
We are charging € 15,- per pet per night without food.
Pets must not be left unattended in the room/apartment and must be kept on a leash in the public areas.

Arrival and Departure
Check-in is from 03.00 pm possible. If you are planning to arrive after 06.00 pm we would be happy if you could contact us.
Check-out is until 10.00 am during the winter season. In summer and autumn we also provide early check-in and late check-out if possible.

Parking
One parking space per room/apartment.
Parking is free.
No undercover parking.
